FOR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
Credit card are accepted over the phone, by emailing an authorization form or via the secured payment link at http://nationalfundingfoundation.thinkific.com.
If you are making a payment for another registrant, please select the "This is a gift" to add the corresponding participant's name and email address. For multiple registrants, you may select the appropriate invoice amount from the dropdown box and follow the same gift instructions.
FOR PURCHASE ORDERS/ORGANIZATION CHECK
Checks should be made payable to Funding Foundations LLC and mailed to our office at:
